Client Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads
2. Schedule appointments for pitching various advertising services based on clients' marketing needs
3. Proactively cold call clients' offices to obtain contact information and effectively communicate product offerings and services
4. Contribute to business development, sales, marketing, revenue generation, and servicing of existing and new accounts/clients
5. Collaborate with the team to identify new clients and manage the development and growth of those accounts/clients
6. Utilize working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, email, and WhatsApp for communication and presentations
7. Update and submit daily reports in Excel via email to the reporting manager
