Key responsibilities:
1. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions
2. Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client requirements and expectations
4. Assist in the creation of engaging content for clients, including written materials and presentations
5. Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint to create and maintain detailed reports and documents
6. Provide regular status updates to clients, keeping them informed about project progress and any changes.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients
