1. Managing key client accounts taking ownership of the deliverables while following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team
2. Working in coordination with clients for quality control of projects like campaigns and other content creation assets as per agreed timelines
3. Receiving client briefings, and analyzing the input of the client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc.
4. Writing compelling marketing and promotional copy/content for various products and services based on the client's briefs
5. Coordinating and planning the pre-shoot, on the shoot and post-shoot activities
6. Increasing customer engagement through social media
7. Creating a social media content calendar on a monthly basis
8. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
9. Creating PowerPoint presentations
10. Working using Excel and Outlook
