Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their talent requirements
2. Suggest talent options that align with client briefs, ensuring a perfect fit for their needs
3. Enquire, negotiate, and close deals with artists, celebrities, speakers, and influencers, securing the best terms for both clients and talent
4. Oversee the entire booking process, ensuring professional and seamless execution
5. Travel as needed for events and shoots, providing on-ground support and coordination with artists
6. Create compelling presentations showcasing artists/talent
7. Conduct ongoing research to identify and assess high-potential talent, acts, and influencers both from India and globally
8. Present the company's credentials and services to prospective clients, contributing to business growth

Other requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in talent management, event management, or a related field. However, we are also open to considering freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this industry

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client and talent relationships effectively

3. Ability to think creatively when suggesting talent options and developing presentations

4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

5. Willingness to travel as required for events and shoots

4. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred
