Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the operations team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
2. Work in collaboration with the project management team for efficient project management
3. Work in collaboration with the marketing team for implementation of strategies
4. Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries
5. Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team
6. Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers
7. Handle client inquires via emails, calls and chats to provide appropriate solution, thereby increasing business.
