Their E-commerce clientele consists of the likes of Snapdeal, Flipkart, Limeroad, Vista Print, Paytm, and Indear.in, Prerto, Pretty Secrets, and many more. We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Banglore & Delhi.
Designation: Client Servicing Executive- Jr
Job Location: Mumbai Santacruz (E)
Qualification Required: Any graduate (BMM Background Preferred)
Working Days: 6 days working (Monday - Saturday)
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Probation: 3months
Job Type: Full-time, Regular
Reports To: Client servicing head
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Good team player
3. Adhering to the timelines
4. Ability to manage a team, coordinate with the client, and streamline the requirements
5. The ability to manage several assignments at once and meet deadlines under pressure
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
7. Exceptional attention to detail and capable of delivering error-free content
8. Superior customer service ethic and interpersonal skills
9. Management of handling multiple brands on a daily basis
10. Managing campaign and end-to-end execution of the same
11. Co-ordinating with partners and vendors for daily tasks
12. Up to date and completely aware of creative processes and techniques
13. Build strong, long-term client relationships
