As a 'Client Service Executive' at Dreamfoot, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients while maintaining strong relationships. Your role will involve interacting with clients, managing projects, and utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Managing project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
4. Utilizing MS Excel and MS Office to track and analyze data for client projects.
5. Communicating effectively with clients through written correspondence and phone calls.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Providing timely updates and reports to clients on project progress.
