The work will be customer service focused, but the nature of the company will provide exposure to various functions of running a small business. We are looking for a confident person who can effectively communicate with customers, collaborators, and other partners.
Key responsibilities:
1. Speaking with customers to answer queries, provide recommendations, and take down orders when required
2. Managing incoming inquiries and orders via WhatsApp, phone, website, and other platforms
3. Updating clients regarding their order status
4. Ensuring communication with the operations department for order fulfillment
5. Responding to all inquiries received via social media
6. Troubleshooting and resolving queries in a timely and effective manner
Skills and other responsibilities:
1. Represent the brand at exhibitions
2. Work on social media scheduling and coordination
3. Written and oral English proficiency is required and important
4. Experience with using MS Office (Excel and Word) and Google Docs
5. Soft skills should include: confidence, social, and highly organized
