About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or whats app channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

2. Issue resolution:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior team members as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Track customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.

3. Product knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Stay updated on product changes, new features, and company policies.

4. Customer relationship management:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Engage with customers to understand their feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.

5. Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and processes

Other requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
