Key responsibilities:
1. Influence (or impact) customer onboarding
2. Play a major role in all client pitches right from brainstorming to building a detailed presentation of ideas to flawless execution
3. Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
4. Overall in charge of client delivery for the agency
5. Keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry
6. Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
7. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts & ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience & understanding of the advertising industry
2. Excellent time management and organizational skills
3. To be able to multitask with various clients and various campaigns taking place simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
4. Expect moderate travel
