Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management-Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
2. Company Incorporation-Manage the end-to-end process of incorporating new companies.
3. Regulatory Guidance-Assist clients with tax filings, Startup India registration, MSME registration, and industry-specific business licenses.
4. Compliance & Documentation-Prepare, file, and monitor necessary documents with government agencies, ensuring compliance and resolving any related issues.
