1. Product market fit: Complete the product trial and find the best way to match the product with the market.
2. Sales and marketing: Create and execute marketing strategies, talk to potential customers, and handle sales to boost growth.
3. Daily operations: Ensure smooth daily operations to meet the changing needs of a startup.
4. Fundraising: Build and maintain connections with donors, institutions, and investors to get funding for the startup's growth at different stages.

Note: Equity-based Increment in compensation after funding is secured.
