Collection Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Loan and payment collections
2. Customer relationship management
3. Data management and reporting
4. Negotiation and conflict resolution

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree accepted
2. 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service, preferably in microfinance or financial services
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
4. Good understanding of financial products and services, especially microfinance-related
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or collections software is a plus
8. Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding debt recovery
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
