1. Minimum 12th pass or bachelor’s degree is accepted.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
3. Good understanding of financial products and services, especially related to microfinance.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or collections software is a plus.
7. Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding debt recovery.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
