Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive communications associate to handle the communications with our associates, including submitting requests, tracking progress, and analyzing responses. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for agencies to ensure clear and efficient communication.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare, submit, and monitor requests to associates.
2. Serve as the main liaison for communication and follow-up.
3. Analyze and report on the status of requests and received documents.
