Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) to join our team as a Community Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating awareness about our initiative in schools and societies, engaging volunteers, and facilitating the registration of new volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Awareness Creation: Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness about our initiative in schools and local communities.
2. Volunteer Engagement:Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various activities related to our initiative.
3. Community Outreach:Build relationships with community leaders, schools, and organizations to promote our cause and increase participation.
4. Event Management:Organize events, workshops, and campaigns to engage the community and educate them about our mission.
5. Volunteer Registration: Facilitate the registration process for new volunteers, ensuring accurate documentation and database management.
6. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor volunteer activities, track progress, and prepare reports on outreach efforts and volunteer participation.
