By taking ownership and responsibility of the community platform, you are expected to ensure the community growth and well-being of its members through multiple avenues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and community engagement: Proactively onboarding new members regularly through personalized approach, develop strategies to boost member participation, and drive overall community success.
2. Manage operations: Coordinating daily tasks in line with Sirat's mission and reporting on our progress.
3. Database management: Keeping our community records accurate and up-to-date for smooth communications and community management.
4. Forge partnerships: Building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to support our mission.
5. Team player: Working closely with Sirat s central and broader team, sharing insights and assisting in achieving our collective goals.
6. Organize meetups: Planning and organizing engaging online and offline meetups/events to strengthen bonds within our community.
7. Improvement and support: Identifying areas of improvement based on community feedback to find opportunities for growth and enhancement, and enhancing member experiences by providing thoughtful support.
