Our core area is to provide professional and advisory services dealing in matters relating to Company Law, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 [FEMA], and getting approvals from all Government Departments including approvals from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate A airs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The firm is managed by its partners who are qualified professionals and also hold multiple academic qualifications. Following the law by letter & spirit and client satisfaction are the two stones on which our team has laid its foundation.
