Key responsibilities:

1. Research and understand SEBI regulations applicable to the financial services industry
2. Make applications to SEBI to obtain a license as well as handle compliance and audit assignments
3. Follow up with clients/liaison with SEBI officials
4. Contribute to writing articles

Candidates who are fresher CS, semi-qualified CS and CA, Law graduates, and B.Com graduates can apply.
