Qualifications & skills required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
2. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
3. Excellent writing skills, with attention to detail and creativity in crafting compelling captions.
4. A strong sense of visual aesthetics and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
5. Knowledge of Instagram insights and other analytics platforms to track performance.
6. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and how to grow followers organically.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Highly organized, with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Preferred skills:
1. Experience working with influencers and content creators.
2. Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
3. Someone who has 1K organic followers on Instagram.
4. Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are a plus.
