Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop structured English lesson plans and materials using advanced tools like Gen AI for effective content generation.
2. Curriculum Alignment: Ensure materials align with standards such as Common Core and IB, collaborating with senior developers for updates.
3. Quality Assurance: Review and edit educational content to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Salary & Benefits:

22,000 per month during 2-month training
Post-training, you must clear an assessment, after which your CTC will be revised to 5.5 LPA
Relocation to Gurgaon is required from Day 1 during training

Requirements:

0-2years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
Strong understanding of instructional pedagogy and adult learning principles
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Musthaveapersonal laptop
Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate from Day 1
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and execute with determination
