About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention
2. Conceptualize and optimize ad campaigns (end-to-end) across various marketplaces, and create and share weekly reports
3. Oversee the digital catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
4. Analyze various categories, stay updated with daily market trends, and optimize offerings to remain competitive
5. Coordinate with business teams at various marketplaces to achieve set targets every week
6. Utilize data and analytics tools to measure key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve online sales and user experience
7. Optimize the e-commerce platform continuously to improve conversion rates and enhance user experience for increased sales
8. Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms daily, perform regular audits, and reconcile inventory across warehouses. Knowledge of handling Amazon FCs or multi-warehouse setups is preferred
