Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting in-depth research to support content creation and ensure accuracy and relevance.
2. Editing and producing engaging videos that align with our brand's visual storytelling approach.
3. Coordinating with programs and shoots.
4. Managing logistics and timelines to ensure smooth execution of programs and shoots.
5. Staying updated on the latest social media platforms and trends to create effective strategies.
6. Managing and maintaining social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
7. Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
8. Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize performances.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
