An ideal candidate must have a passion for crafting compelling and relevant content across various platforms, including but not limited to blogs, articles, social media, and website content. They must collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content aligns with the company s brand voice, values, and marketing objectives.
Key responsibiltities:
1. Craft engaging and clear blog posts about soft skills to communicate our brand story effectively
2. Conduct extensive research on diverse topics, utilizing online sources, training materials, and case studies
3. Write and edit original content for blogs, ensuring clarity, depth, and alignment with our brand voice
4. Develop well-structured drafts using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility
5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging that aligns with campaign goals
6. Identify customer needs and communication gaps, addressing them through strategic blog content creation
7. Proofread and edited blog content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy before publication
0-2 years of hands-on experience in writing blog content, demonstrating creativity and engagement
Proven copywriting and content creation experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative writing skills
Working knowledge of SEO techniques and keyword research specific to blog writing
Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different blog channels and audiences
Strong research skills and the ability to generate ideas for new and engaging content
Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
