We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content + Social Media Manager to join our team at Brandmonkey Advertising Agency. As a Content + Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging content across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the client
2. objectives and target audience preferences
3. Create high-quality, engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to posts, videos, images, and stories
4. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement
5. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase content effectiveness
6. Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations
7. Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media management
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Content + Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic skills
2. Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
3. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise copy for various digital platforms
4. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
5. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation and engagement
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
