Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct conversion-focused outreach to University of Kent applicants, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively
2. Provide detailed information about academic program requirements, enrollment procedures, and other aspects of studying at the University of Kent
3. Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring they have all the necessary documents and meet the admission criteria
4. Collaborate with internal teams and University of Kent staff to resolve any issues related to student recruitment and admissions
5. Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and follow-ups
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in (University of Kent s programs and admission policies
6. Reporting to the country manager, alongside country officers to convert and assist students for the September 2024 intake
