V Legal Associates is a well-established law firm known for its expertise in litigation and non-litigation areas: corporate, arbitration and constitutional laws. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented corporate lawyer to join our growing team who can independently draft, research, argue and make effective representations. The office is located at Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice, draft legal opinions and guidance on matters related to corporate, real estate, business laws and arbitration
2. Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, an expert in drafting Legal agreements, MOUs, partnerships, company related documents, share holding patterns and preparation of drafts pertaining to affairs of the company i.e., amalgamation, dissolution, due diligence etc.
3. Conduct legal research to support case preparations and stay up-to-date with
4. relevant legal developments
5. Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective strategies for resolving
6. disputes between companies and achieving favorable outcomes
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized legal
8. services and addressing their concerns promptly
9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the handling of
10. company affairs and client matters
1. LLB or equivalent degree from a reputed recognized university and having experience in the field of corporate, business and real estate laws, in both litigation and non-litigation.
2. 1-3 years of experience practising law, preferably with a focus on Civil, Criminal,
3. constitutional and Company law, Arbitration act, and General corporate matters.
4. Expertise in drafting legal documents and representing clients before courts and
5. tribunals. Freshers may also apply
6. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
7. Working knowledge of MS Office, Manupatra, SCC Online and other research
8. platforms
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
12. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour
13. Must be a self-starter and possess excellent time management skills
14. Corporate lawyers who are willing to relocate from Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta etc will be effectively compensated with a good package besides providing allowances for monthly accommodation in the Hi-tech city, Hyderabad
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 7,50,000 /year

The non-litigation department deals with transactional and Corporate advisory, documentation, compliance etc
