Key Responsibilities;
- Understand the hiring requirement from different department and initiate the action to close the position within timeline.
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media, Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Initiate job offer, Joining formality, and HR induction to new joinees
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
- Actively support HR function in all HR and admin related activities
- Any additional responsibilities assigned time to time
Key Skill Require;
- Graduate with good communication skill
- Good team player
- Positive attitude and willing to work in pressure.
