The corporate relations & partnerships team is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the organization and build positive relationships with external parties.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
2. Build a strategy around products & content and approach corporates for hiring, collaborations, MOUs, and hire, train & deploy requirements
3. Source opportunities for students suitable to their profile and related to their course
4. Contact potential or existing business customers to inform them about our services and provide custom solutions to their hiring needs
5. Engage corporates and build relations with them to drive the recruiters to hire through PGC
6. Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners
2. Is energetic, empathetic, and a go-getter (moves fast)
3. Has excellent communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills
4. Has 1-2 years of experience and a proven track record of building corporate tie-ups for placements in ed-tech, corporate relations, B2B sales, or career-tech companies
