About the job

Key Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Research and identify potential clients and markets to expand the sales pipeline.

2. Lead conversion:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

3. Marketing understanding:
- Utilize knowledge of marketing strategies and trends to effectively position products or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.

4. Negotiation and sales:
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

5. B2B sales:
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
- Understand the B2B sales cycle and manage complex sales processes effectively.

6. Reporting and analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and lead conversion metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other sales team members and departments to achieve company goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team strategy discussions.
