2. Create and communicate effectively value propositions for Footprints
3. Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system
4. Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.
5. Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the telecalls in the system
6. Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centers for admissions
7. Do the follow-up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited the center
8. Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
9. Completing follow-ups on a daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows
