Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell the company's products or services. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and leads, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team goals.

4. Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and persuasive messaging.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.

6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
