Key Responsibilities:
1. Reaching out to hot leads who have shown interest in our products or services.
2. Conducting timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address their needs, and resolve any issues.
3. Persuading leads to take action and finalize their decisions.
4. Updating lead information, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
6. Providing insights and reports on lead status and conversion performance.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
9. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
10. Ability to analyze data and trends.
11. Self-driven and target-oriented.
