About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers to discern their trip preferences and expectations
2. Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize the share of wallet
4. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups
5. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
6. Build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
7. Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback
8. Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
9. Work on new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
10. Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
11. Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
12. Build the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities
13. Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships
14. Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements
15. Hand over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
16. Maintain and update the lead generation database
17. Deliver effective sales skills training to the sales teams
18. Coach sales teams and help them in applying training content to real-life situations

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken)

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other graduation degree

2. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify potential customers

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

5. Experience or interest in travel is a plus

6. Solid expertise in direct sales and enterprise sales

7. Experience in multi-country sales, national sales, sales training, and community management would be a strong advantage

8. You have solid experience in a regional role, ideally including experience covering India

9. You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets

10. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills

11. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

12. You are a strong networker & relationship builder

13. You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
