Key responsibilities:

1. User Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration and setup process, ensuring they understand the platform's features and benefits
2. User Training: Provide initial training to users, including musicians, music enthusiasts, and studios, to help them make the most of Choira's features
3. User Support: Act as the first point of contact for users, addressing their queries, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally
4. Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and insights to help improve our platform continually
5. User Engagement: Create and implement strategies to increase user engagement and activity on the Choira platform
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to improve user experience, provide market insights, and optimize onboarding processes

Probation:

Duration: 3 months
