About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
3. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their staffing challenges and objectives
4. Present our offshore staffing solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoingsupport for clients

Other requirements

5. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
