About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential enterprise clients within the designated region
2. Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs
3. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Empxtrack's HR solutions
4. Deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of each enterprise client
5. Drive negotiations and close deals with enterprise accounts
6. Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients across the designated territory
7. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders during face-to-face interactions
8. Utilize a combination of LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, seminars/events, and referrals to generate leads and opportunities
9. Implement both hunting and farming strategies to ensure business targets are achieved
10. Form strategic relationships with key organizations critical to Empxtrack's long-term growth
11. Collaborate with senior members of the business team to expand Empxtrack's client base within the assigned region
12. Work closely with product, customer success, and IT security teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience for clients
13. Collaborate effectively across departments to address client needs and drive customer satisfaction
