About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Hunt and generate appointments through email campaigns follow up on the emails and arrange an initial demo for the technical team
2. Work on warm calls to prospects and introduce company product lines, solutions services, products, etc.
3. Respond to RFIs and RFQs as an initial contact and refer it to the line manager for further action
4. Provide first-level contact and support to customers and prospects
5. Update customer details and interactions in the CRM
