About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Do all forms of demand generation activity calling, LinkedIn social media, events, referrals, web leads, and other forms of lead generation
2. Build and maintain CRM Database
3. Pay a prominent level of attention to detail, including data accuracy and documentation /presentation preparation with high-quality
4. Doing cold calls (to North American and European markets) in a persuasive sales mode to fix up an appointment with senior (CXO/Director/VP) level prospects for company introduction and Willingness to do cold calls relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule targets are met
5. Connect target companies decision makers to influence them to work with Acufore, work with potential targets to match the requirement/capability and set up qualified meetings
6. Coordinate activities with those of other teams in sales to effectively reach out to decision-makers
7. Articulate and map our value proposition to the prospect s pain points

1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive presence

3. Good/Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills

4. Candidates should be confident in opening discussions with senior (CXO/Director/VP) level

5. The role demands a basic understanding/keen interest in learning mechanical/electronics/plant engineering/software development and the ability to translate this knowledge into setting up meetings with actual prospects or prospective clients

6. Any graduate, any specialization/B.E. (electronics/mechanical/computer science preferred)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,64,000 /year
