About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client acquisition and business development: Proactively identifying and targeting potential clients within the healthcare, IT, product, consulting, and technology sectors. Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
2. Sales cycle management: Understanding the sales cycle and effectively managing it from prospecting to closing deals. Developing and maintaining a pipeline of leads, and tracking progress using CRM tools.
3. Client account growth: Working closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value through our products and services.
4. Appointment booking: Having a strong zeal for outbound calling - Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospective clients, providing them with insights into our solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of BPK Tech.
5. Market research: Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
6. Client relationship management: Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Reporting and analysis: Generating regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
8. Sales presentation and demos: One of the key responsibilities is to excel in delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. This involves engaging with potential clients and showcasing our solutions compellingly and persuasively.
9. Tracking and interpreting sales metrics to evaluate performance and drive ongoing enhancements. Developing an in-depth familiarity with our products/services to articulate value propositions effectively.

Requirements:

1. Strong communicator, who can take the insights and implications found in the data and relate them through cohesive narratives.
2. Help ensure objectives are being met on time while maintaining the quality and integrity of the work.
3. Record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally.
4. Working within CRM and log activities and can collaborate and ideate with stakeholders inside and outside of the immediate team and group.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in business, marketing/sales, or a related field.

2. Good knowledge about B2B environment, cold calling and outbound approach for setting up client meetings.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

5. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

7. A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
