Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:
o Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing clients through phone, email, and online platforms.
o Understand clients' design requirements and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
o Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and design processes.

2. Consultation and Sales:
o Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to discuss clients' needs and present design proposals.
o Assist clients in selecting appropriate design packages and services.
o Guide clients through the decision-making process and address any questions or concerns.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
o Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
o Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
o Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the firm's revenue growth.

4. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
o Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Collect and act on client feedback to enhance our service offerings.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, consultations, and sales activities.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client engagement.
