About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support, guidance, and responding to inquiries and complaints.
2. Sales and business development: Identify new business opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, and contact potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
3. Market and product research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market activities to identify product improvements and new opportunities.
4. CRM and database management: Develop and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database to support sales and marketing efforts.
5. Team collaboration and reporting: Participate in team meetings and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
6. Marketing initiatives: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including preparing presentations and overseeing new campaigns.
7. Event participation: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
8. Professional development: Continuously improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
