Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities by targeting potential prospects.
2. Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.
3. Conduct outbound calling based on leads generated through lead generation activities or secondary data sources.
4. Perform daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
5. Maintain quality service by upholding organizational standards.
6. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the company.

Qualification/education and other requirements:
1. Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical abilities, and decision-making skills.
4. Language Proficiency: English and Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional).
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
6. Flexible for day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM and 10 PM), with a 6-day work week and a weekday off.
7. Must have a laptop with a webcam and a reliable internet connection.
