Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
3. Conduct outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
4. Perform daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Any 10th, 12th, diploma, graduates, postgraduates (with 0-3 years of experience).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Good interpersonal skills, numerical, and analytical ability.
4. Decision-making skills.
5. Required languages: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telugu OR English, Kannada, Tamil.
6. Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
7. Should be flexible for the day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
8. Comfortable with working 6 days a week, with the week off on a weekday.
9. A laptop with a webcam and a good-speed internet connection is a must.

Training will be provided for an initial few days for an employee to
understand end to end process.
