1. Database Making: Collect, verify, and enrich target customer data to build the master customer database for the sales team. identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Database Process Documentation: Document sales database processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization, and update documentation as needed.
3. Data Accuracy: Conduct research and analysis on the master database to ensure accuracy based on the regular updates.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, etc. to ensure alignment of database strategies and initiatives with revenue goals.
5. Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects: Undertake ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by sales leadership or senior management to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
