About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.Sales Generation: Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products/services to effectively present and explain them to clients.
Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients and close sales in a timely manner.
Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
