Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

We 3A INFOTECH are hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Sales Executive to join our recruitment firm. We are working like a recruitment firm like Monster, Naukri. We do not sell any product, we offer recruitment-related services to the customers.
Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to existing customers as well as potential customers. As a 'Sales Executive', you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are responsible for solving questions concerning the service provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling active and budding clients to encourage sales.
2. Calling the customers and explaining the services offered by the company.
3. Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications.
4. Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
5. Maintain a database of the customer regularly.
6. Develop Sales strategies.

Salary criteria: Rs 15000 to 22000 + incentives (salary fixed job and incentive depend on performance).
