Key responsibilities:

1.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2.Focus on converting inquiries into enrollments for NEET courses, providing customized solutions based on the student's background and needs.
3.Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective and existing students to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
4.Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems.
5.Effectively communicate and explain course details, pricing, and promotions in the local/regional language.
6.Address customer queries, doubts, and concerns in the preferred language to ensure a personalized experience.
7. Ensure that students enrolled in the courses have access to all necessary materials, schedules, and support.
8.Resolve any post-enrollment issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth experience.
