About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Use research and cold calling to identify potential customers and their needs
2. Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
3. Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders, or queries
4. Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
5. Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
6. Be aware of the latest industry trends
7. Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Compensation: Fixed salary+ incentives+ PF+ ESI+ bonus

Other requirements

1. Completed 12th grade or graduation

2. Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role (good to have)

3. Must be comfortable with credit card sales or healthy medicine sales

4. Fluency in English

5. Adept knowledge of working with MS Office

6. Great communication skills, both verbal and written

7. Age should be between 18- 35 years

8. Must be comfortable for the Kalkaji or Janakpuri location

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
