Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product or service recommendations.
2. Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for customers. Supporting senior sales executives in achieving sales targets.
3. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
4. Product Knowledge: Gaining a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
5. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards sales targets. Reporting to sales managers about the performance.
6. Follow-ups: Following up with leads and clients to ensure their inquiries are addressed and orders are processed smoothly.
7. Order Processing: Assisting with processing orders, coordinating with the relevant departments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
8. Market Research: Keeping track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help develop effective sales strategies.
9. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to track interactions with clients and monitor sales pipelines.
